Geoff:
Dean Thomas is played by the same actor in all three films - a guy 
called Alfred Enoch. This is according to the IMDB website.

In the boggart scene, you can see it's the same boy; he is standing 
in the miidle of the room to the right of Lupin as the latter walks 
towards the front of the class. i'm not sure who the "new" young 
black actor plays, I couldn't decide from a few names on the IMDB 
list.
