Hey! Everyone has been giving great ideas of their preffered actors.  
I also think Ralph Fiennes would make a great Sirius, or how about 
Rupert Everett.  Also, when I was reading OoP and Mrs. Narcissa 
Malfoy was described, I could clearly picture Nicole Kidman playing 
her.  She has some strong features could make her look the part 
(though she has an Aussie accent, not English)

I'm thinking of someone who can do "snooty, rich lady" well, like Kristin  
Scott Thomas. She looks aristocratic; they could put a long blond wig on her. 
Do we ever actually see Narcissa? Is she in the box at the World Cup? I just 
remember Harry making that awesome comeback to Draco about the expression on 
his Mom's face, as though she had stepped in something, being attributed to 
the fact that she was looking at Draco (or something to that effect). Go 
Harry!!!
