Great suggestion Valerie! I also love Michael Vartan, and think he
would make a great Lupin. Since this is for fun, its o.k to suggest
British, American, French, or whatever type of actor.

With that said...I recently say Four Weddings and a Funeral on t.v,
here in the US. Someone had mentioned Kristin Scott Thomas as Mrs.
Malfoy (if she had a blonde wig). I think she could play Bellatrix,
she may be too pretty, but since Bellatrix is a cousin of Sirius, and
Sirius was described as being handsome, she may fit the role. I had
also heard rumors of Liz Hurley playing Bellatrix. That WOULD be
perfect casting, but I think it is just a rumor. Based on
appearance, I would choose a dark haired beauty like Jennifer Connely
(A Beautiful Mind) or Courtney Cox.

Also in Four Weddings and Funeral, was Hugh Grant....now, wouldn't he
make the perrrfect Lockhart! He has that "too sexy for my shrit"
attitude of Lockhart's, not to mention the "million dollar smile" and
a sort of girlish pride in his appearance.

Another rumor I had heard was that Kate Winslet was playing Fleur
Delacour. She may a bit too old for that role, but she would be a
good cast as Lily Potter (maybe in a flashback scene). With her red
hair, she would have made nice Weasley character, (if they only had
an older sister)

Anyways, I'm working on a simple list of my top pics for the
characters, whether a current, younger, or older version of the
character (without the detailed explanation)

Oh..one more...how about Leonardo Dicaprio as an older Draco....?
