[HPFGU-Movie] "evil" McGonagall??

There is a thread on HPFGU about Minerva McGonagall being  evil.  I 
am rereading the books with this in mind and also watching  the 
movies.  In SS before McGonagall explains the houses and the  sorting 
process, you see a hand tapping fingers on the staircase while the  
children ascend.  It sounds like "evil" music to me for a few  
seconds before you see who the hand belongs to.  And then you see it  
is her and the music changes.  The music seems out of place at the  
moment.  I was wondering if this is also foreshadowing.  Just  
wondered what you all thought about it.

Wow, that's one I hadn't picked up on!  I always took her  "tapping fingers" 
as just the sign of an impatient, busy person who's been kept  waiting by the 
tradition of rowing the ickle firsties across the lake (which  could be 
considered by some to be quite a waste of time, but it does give the  older students 
time to get into the Great Hall and get settled, I  suppose).  "Evil" huh?  I 
can't see it, but then again, I like her a  lot.  Interesting idea, though.
