I caught the whole thing on tape and here is what is
said,
Dana Devon- narrator:

"And this time, star Daniel Radcliffe says Harry will
find love."
Daniel: 'It's not even a crush, he loves her." 

The way he says this indicates that he is referring to
the fact that Harry 'thinks' he is in love with Cho  -
you know how kids are about their obsessions or first
crushes ;-)
