I'm not sure what you are talking about. Is it the scene right at the 
beginning of the trailer (after the moments of the trio getting older)? 
Because it looks like they in the main hall at that point (if you pause 
right before it zooms on Harry and Ron you can tell). I don't think 
they are glaring, more looking curiously. The trailer implies its when 
the Beauxbaton students are entering the hall, which seems possible, 
but knowing trailers it could be almost any time in the movie when they 
are in the great hall and looking curiously at something (either when 
Dumbledore is explaining the tournament or later when the names come 
out of the Goblet).
