I'm disappointed that there has been no continuity with Flitwick's appearance.  It was pointed out to me when I complained before that the 'choir director' in POA wasn't Flitwick; Davis was simply billed as a wizard rather than Flitwick.  I thought the original Flitwick was so cute; I don't understand  why they had to change him.
 
Moody's eye did surprise me too, but I don't see how else they could have given him a 'real' magic eye!  CGI I suppose, but that might have been too complicated.
