I thought that a lot of his face was CGI?  It was such a fleeting glimpse in
the trailer, perhaps they're not quite done with him yet?

So had I; nevertheless, I did watch those portions of the trailer about 100
time, including pausing and going frame by frame over the glimpse of Voldy!
