OoTP Movie

A student told me today that filming for the 5th HP movie would begin 
in February. (I'm a librarian at a High School) Holy Cow! Is this true 
and where have I been for all of this?  Is this what the discussion of 
American vs British actors playing parts in movies was about?  I guess 
I've been too caught up in HBP and the GoF movie to do much searching 
on Muggle Net or The Leaky Cauldron for anything else.  What's the 
word on the casting for Umbridge?
