Do you think Harry is meant to be geeky?  Isn't James portayed as a 
player. The way James went after Lily and how some of the physical 
discriptions are I thought James was quite good looking.  And of course 
since Harry "Looks just like his dad" I always got the impression he 
was growing into his looks as well.  Movie Dad comes across as more 
geeky than he should be.  It is Hermoine who is much too good looking 
for the movie.  Emma should have had false teeth and a frizzy wig so 
that her transformation at the ball was that much more spectacular.
