I guess I would find this true if Snape were being funny on purpose but
rather it was just humorous in an everyday sort of way - humor of a
normal activity, not "ha ha aren't I funny" sort of way or some kind of
slap stick three stooges humor way. I didn't find it jarring in the
least.
