I love occasionally going back to the first or 2nd movie and seeing how 
little all those characters were! I think that is why the movies are so 
successful and that people keep coming back to them. To see the book 
characters brought to life in such a real way...growing up before our 
eyes, seeing the characters change physically and emotionally. Of 
course the books are so special because the story is so rich and 
detailed...and yet I love to see what the directors and actors do with 
the material.
I believe my girls were 4 when they saw the first movie. They were a 
bit frightened by the troll, and of course, the parasitic Voldemort, 
but delighted by the magic of the story. I think these films will hold 
interest for many for a long time to come.
