That actually does happen in many movies. It's because
the data is layered to all fit on one disk, and the
hesitation occurs where the reader has to switch
layers. Think of it in terms of: if this were a VHS
video, this would be the point where the movie would
stop and you'd have to get up and put in the second
tape. Remember Braveheart? Dances with Wolves? The
Sound of Music, even? It's sometimes more noticeable
than other times, but I think it really is an
unavoidable thing with the technology.
