Hi Karen, 
Good to talk to you again! I do adore Alan Rickman in S&S. He was so 
dashing, so solicitous. I just found him to be quite the knight in 
shining armor! I also loved him in the hairdresser movie but yet again 
I can not remember the name. GalaxyQuest was such a scream. I am so 
glad he's not about to by typecast by his work on HP. As much as I 
appreciate his performance as Snape, he's one actor with a whole range 
of things to give. I think it's mighty attractive to be a heart-throb 
but it's probably more fun to be a character actor of great skill.
