I'm not sure that Umbridge doesn't look like a toad.

At 1:11 of the trailer there is a large dark triangular shaped
building (?) looming out of the fog.  Is this Azkaban?

Also, Ron says "Blimey!" with Harry and Hermione, is that his first
view of Grawp?

Having Harry see Voldemort on the platform (where he isn't) doesn't
seem a bad way to develop the way Harry feels about Voldemort through
much of the story.

Just some preliminary thoughts.
