Carolyn:
" In the climactic battle scene, Sirius calls Harry "James" -- it's not in
the
book that way. Does anyone know if Gary Oldman (or anyone) has discussed
the decision to do this? Was it Oldmans? Or perhaps a directorial or
writer's decision? It adds a whole new meaning to their relationship that
he does this."
I can only figure that this was the movie way of hinting at the relationship
you're talking about, and that IS hinted at in the book...remember when Mrs.
Weasley argues with Sirius and says that Harry is not James...I think,
though I am not certain, that there is SOME point in the book where Sirius
does call Harry James.
