I don't think we'll see the Wedding.  Bill has yet to
be in a movie.  So I think they'll simply skip the
wedding.  There will probably be a small party
gathered for Harry's birthday when Kingsley's patronus
appears.  

Don't get me wrong, I would LOVE to see the wedding, I
just have my doubts.  And if Fleur and Bill aren't in
the next movie, I'm certain we won't see the wedding. 
All of the Shell Cottage footage could just as easily
happen at the Weasley's house.
