I would have to disagree - we don't get to hear the whole prophesy, 
so by your theory, what we didn't hear isn't important, just the 
parts we did hear.  We also didn't get any information about how it 
was delivered or when.  Based on the movie, you have no clue that 
Neville has any significance, or exactly why his parents were 
tortured.
