No, you've just run into a really annoying feature of Yahoo Groups--it
assumes that all posts with the same subject line are part of the same
thread.  So when the message about casting for Lavendar Brown et. al.
got posted, Yahoo put it in the same thread as the post CoS
speculation about who would play Dumbledore after Harris' death.

As far as one can tell, the job is still Michael Gambon's.
