Hi Carol,
It's a tremendous point that Snape's actions were miscontrued by the
script. I don't know how we are going to pull this one out of future
fires. I was under the impression that JKR wouldn't let them go off on
a wrong foot. If Richard were here, he'd explain how all the
misdirection can be put right in a simple bit of exposition or some
such idea. I am thinking that she doesn't mind Snape's actions looking
suspect. It only adds to the "is he or isn't he?" speculation that
should be building. I am wondering, is there any site out there where
the script folks float ideas? I know in LOTR, such things did happen. I
would so love for the HP people to know what fans are thinking, what's
important, that we aren't all nutters that insist on every word of the
book being included in the film. Okay, back to watching. Still working
on my second time through!>
Glad to be back Carol!
