That yellowish brown might also be Bertie Botts Beans earwax flavour.

Indeed it is. For now I'm settling for a wool from Brown Sheep Co.
called 'Bev's Bear' which is more yellowish and less reddish than I
want. I think my other colour is 'China Blue', though their 'Blue
Boy' might have been a better canon!Ravenclaw colour. (Yes, I am a
man who knits and crochets--call me Albus.)
