Oh, yeah, I wanted to mention that someone was against Scandinavia, but 
couldn't remember who :-). It was Steve then! I have no idea myself, 
but one thing is clear - Grindelwald could go to Durmstrang, whatever 
his nationality. In my mind he was always German - you know, Imperiused 
Hitler and all that, LOL.

Do you mean the movie or the book :-)? I don't remember anything 
particularly Russian about their attire in the book (red robes and 
furry cloaks). In the movie - yes, they were wearing some blend of 
Russian national costumes and Soviet Army uniforms :-). Same thing with 
Karkaroff - in the book he had white hair and goatee, and in the movie 
he looked more like Rasputin :-).
