Well, the denial statement is pretty qualified. For example,
it says the JKR hasn't written a 'script' for the prequel
(recently written and sold for charity) or otherwise, for
the theme park.

Since when has JKR ever written any script? Who says she even
has to write the story; she only needs to approve any story
or script the theme park comes up with. 

Perhaps they just chose their word unwisely. 

Still, all we have to do is wait and see.
