The tower scene must be there, and it is, according to the test 
screening reports. Harry/Snape confrontation is also there. As for the 
rest - maybe they mean the battle between the DE's and the Order (plus 
Ron, Ginny, Hermione and Luna). DD has nothing to do with this, of 
course, he is already dead :-). I suppose, after disposing of DD, the 
DEs will just march through the castle, burn Hagrid's hut and leave :-).
