[HPFGU-Movie] Equus was simply stunning

Hey Valerie!

I bought the tickets direct from the play offering through telecharge.com. That's where they have the seat prices. We paid $150 for our Orchestra seats but we were dead center in full view and it was worth every penny we paid for. The play is fabulous. We were at the 2:00 matinee showing on Wednesday. We went back that night (due to rumors) to see if we can see Dan after the night performance. It turns out sometimes he does and sometimes he doesn't and we got lucky that he did. Usually it's gated off on both sides of the stage doors right outside the Broadhurst theater.

Most imporant thing to know...if he does come out, be SURE to hold on to your theatre ticket for that day. Dan will sign autographs but mostly for the ticket holders who saw the play on the same day. He will occassionally go to the other side for a few autographs and pics but it's very short. He was very sweet, very gracious, even after doing two shows each day. I hope you do get the chance to meet him. He's wonderful.

Jade
