There is no need to understand everything so literally :-). I didn't mean that Greyback attacks "only" girls, he just prefers them, IMO. He didn't show any interest (bite-wise :-)) in Harry or Ron, only in Hermione. During the battle of Hogwarts he is also shown attempting to bite a girl (Lavender). 

Sure, he mauled Bill, and I'm sure he would do it to anyone, I just have a feeling that, given the choice, he would take more pleasure in biting a girl. That's why I think Greyback will go after Fleur at the wedding and Bill will protect her, it's just much more dramatic than him protecting someone else :-). It's a movie we are talking about after all :-).
