Marianne:
I bought right off the shelf No Country For Old Men and My Boy Jack.
I bought them beause I'd heard how great No Country was, and My Boy
Jack because Daniel is in it.
Other than that I rent before I buy. Ballet Shoes was ok. I
wouldn't buy it. I can't find Driving Lessons to rent locally, but
from what you say about the movie I might buy it off Amazon.
No Country was exactly how I thought it would be. Very, very
violent. My Boy Jack was not how I thought it would be. I had a
hard time seeing Daniel get killed. And in the end I blamed his
father for his death. I kept hoping for a happy ending. Once I
discovered the real story behind the movie I knew it couldn't be.
