Seriously, don't hesitate to go out and complain to a manager. Yes, you'll miss a bit of the movie. But any good theatre manager will offer you passes to come back and see the movie again for free. That's what they're there for, to make sure you have a good viewing experience. 

No one should have to struggle to enjoy a film that they paid good money to see and theatre managers know that. :)
