What do we know about Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows?

They are something like half-way through filming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, so what exactly do we know about the movie so far?  Have there been enough director/actor comments to definitely say any of the favorite scenes will or will not be in the movie?  

Examples:
Do we know if there will definitely be a wedding?  
Will we get to see all the Weasleys?  They cut out every appearance of Bill and Charlie so far, and minimized Percy.  
Do we know if they are going to tackle the broom chase/fight on Harry's birthday?
