You are absolutely right, there is no need for Polyjuice potion in Godric's Hollow. In fact, there was no need for it even in the book, it's just Harry and Hermione didn't know it :-).

I don't know why there is no Mr.Granger, but do you think Mrs.Granger's presence means that they intend to show how Hermione changed her parents' memories?
