Oh, I remember that one.  I just watched Chamber of Secrets twice with the kids during the TV marathons in honor of HBP.  Even though I didn't actually remember how that scene went in the book, having Hermione explain a derogatory slang term in the same way she recites textbook definitions of spells didn't seem right.  At least they did change it completely and have Ron not know what it meant :)
