Shell Cottage scenes

There is one more interesting thing about the Shell cottage filming: Bill has scars! If he is not in HBP movie, how did he get the scars? I thought it was Arthur who was supposed to get mauled by Greyback in the movie instead of Bill, at least that's what we were told. I'm really glad that it's Bill, like in the book, I just don't understand how it has happened :-).
