The scene between Dudley and Harry in DH is included in the deleted 
scenes on my DVD.  As I'm registered blind I can't see what action takes 
place between them but the conversation is pretty much as it is in the 
book.  There's also a scene which shows a conversation between Harry and 
Petunia.  Harry is trying to explain to her why they need to leave the 
house, explaining that death eaters, dementors, etc. will attack if they 
find them.  Petunia says something like "I know what they're capable 
of.  You didn't just lose parents that night, I lost a sister".  Pity 
they didn't leave those scenes in the main film.
