No offense, Heidi, but this strikes me as unnecessarily 
bureaucratic.  Wouldnt it be easier for everyone who is coming to 
just email Jenny, as she suggested?  Not everyone is on webview; and 
not everyone who is coming responded to the last poll.

Of course, it is up to Jenny, since she volunteered to be the 
reservations-elf.
