Good to "see" you here, Jim!  

I suspect the problem is that it's been so quiet here, and the group's 
been hit repeatedly by spammers, so most people don't know to check in 
here anymore.  Since you have moderator privileges, perhaps you could 
send a Special Notice saying that the group is active again?  If you 
have the right privileges, you could also set the group to Moderated so 
that we don't have to worry about spammers -- I know that some of the 
other HP lists do this, and un-moderate members immediately as long as 
the first message they post isn't spam. 

I'm also going to ask on OTC chatter whether there are any NY area 
members.  

If we do manage to get a gathering together, you could also submit an 
annoucement to HP-annoucements, but I'm not sure how many people read 
that.
