It might not be, but if so, people had better keep their Bible where 
the kids can't read it.  Jesus was a rather prominent proponent of 
this lesson.  If there are higher laws than the 10 Commandments (10 
Commandments:  Keep the Sabbath day, to keep it holy; Jesus (after 
breaking the Sabbath):  The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the 
Sabbath) then I'm sure there are higher laws than the Hogwarts rules.
