Have you heard that they are being realllllly picking?  I guess there's a
website out there with a similar name, that's GNUTELLA that's peer-to-peer,
but also gives you a case of virus with your dl!

They fought, and got the name via the courts.  They didn't want their good
name "from being associated with 'copyright priates and friends of child
pornographer; rather than the family-friendly nougat spread."
