They're not *that* smart. My husband, whose given name is Jan, gets lots
of spam promoting breast enlargement. My own email address of "editor"
must read as male, because I have never gotten one of those, but I've
gotten several for enlarging, ahem, other items of "outdoor plumbing"
(as my mom called it, when delicacy was required).
