Sheryll, the only ginger ale we drink here is Vernors.  Very local, I 
think, and you can get it everywhere in Southeastern Michigan.  It's 
the best stuff... I drink it at least 5-6 times a week from October 
through April.  If you have a cold or the flu, it's even better!  

One of the worst college memories I have is being stuck in 
Tallahassee with a horrible upper respiratory infection and a fever.  
The guy I was dating at the time went to the Winn-Dixie up the street 
and bought all sorts of stuff to doctor me up.

When I saw the 20 oz. bottles of Canada Dry, I cried, feeling more 
homesick than I'd ever felt before then or since.

But I do like Canada Dry OK, if there's no other alternative.

And we call carbonated beverages "pop" here too... soda is Arm & 
Hammer.  ;-)
