I love it! For one thing, tonight's show was certainly not faked. Well,
maybe the rice can was deliberately placed after it washed downstream.
But those were real cold and hungry people.

And it's fun to root for people in the challenges, and tribal council.
This season is better than the last. In the last, Richard's alliance
basically picked people off one by one. This time, alliances are made
and broken.

I understand that people are put off by the obsessiveness that the show
inspires. Heck, I'm running a Survivor Pick'Em pool at Yahoo for some of
my buddies. I tried to get my best friend to watch, and she was
intrigued by the commercial showing Sean from the first season
shirtless. However, she happened to tune in when they were chowing down
on eel, and I've never been able to get her to try it again.

If someone isn't into the show like I am - it's okay. I know people
obsessed with other shows that I just can't get into.

Going on-topic, I just found out my brother has read "Harry Potter and
the Philosopher's Stone". He liked it. But he was also able to stop
after the first one. Makes me wonder if we're really related! ;-)
