Have you seen the similar bit in SENSE AND SENSIBILITY, where he conveys
profound emotion with a single minute twitch of one eyebrow?  I've watched
that scene about five times and it always makes me want to fall down and
weep.  That's genius, pure and simple.

I honestly find it hard to believe that JKR didn't have AR somewhere in the
back of her mind when she created Snape.  To me it was so obvious, right
from the start, that I would have been enraged had virtually any other actor
been cast in the role.
