Hullo all. I'm not sure this is the appropriate thing to ask, but no
one should feel obliged and I certainly don't mean to sound rude....
Did anyone know that I'm going to Oxford this summer. (Yeah I'm
excited about it!) Probably doesn't sound like such a great feat to
Simon, but I'm happy.
Anyway they sent me a long list of books to read and most of them I
can't find...so, this is where you guys come in, if anyone has them
and would like to allow me to borrow them I would be quite thankful.
I'll be glad to pay postage of course!
*The Oxford Book of Oxford- by Jan Morris
*My Oxford- by Ann Thwaite
*A History of Oxford University- by V.H.H. Green
*The Last Days of Hitler- by Hugh Trevor-Roper
*Zuleika Dobson- by Max Beerbohm
*Fighting Auschwitz
and
*The Survival of Love- by Jozef Garlinski
*Of Centaurs and Doves- by Sir Marrack Goulding
*The Idea of Property in Law- by James Penner
There are lots more, but I seriously doubt I'll read all these by
summer...I may or may not even want them, but if they're just
cluttering up the shelves....
Thanks in advance!
Scott
