yup... that was sort of my reaction too... cheese? Didn't we have the 
cheese chat like ages ago? The letter is dated April 3. I dont know 
if that helps at all.

I have heard that good cheese needs to be aged, but I don't think 
that applies to cheese chats too. Neil?
