Surely they do not think they are bureaucrats? They think they are 
doing a good and most useful job.

I am not sure how long it is. I think I may have to have a census 
filling in party. Gives us somehting to do one evening soon!

They are hand delivered and so do not go through the post system. The 
forms are in this building, but have yet to be handed out. I am 
guessing they will be leaving it until Friday as we do not need to 
fill them in until Sunday.

Smiling at the moment. Revision has been going well, if a little 
slowly. Steaming was the description of the cup of tea I had a few 
minutes ago.
