Re: Alarming increased Black Market in Cauldrons
Date: 29 April 2001

Sirs and Madam,

An alarming increase of black market cauldrons has come to my attention in
the United States. A report that a person of magic identified only as
"Trina" has procured a 2.5 inch tall (3.526 Int'l. Mag. Meas.) cauldron from
an unlicensed street trader in the magical settlement of Anderson is causing
me great concern. The US Department of Magic must not allow this illegal,
unsafe and dangerous practice to continue. Britain's magical community must
also ensure that such substandard items do not enter the European Magical
Union (EMU) through any of its border points.

Faithfully,

Percival T. Weasley
