Jen, please know that you and your family (especially Piersol No. 4) are in
my thoughts, and I'm sending lots of good, healthy feelings your way. Try to
keep your outlook positive, and don't be afraid to ask for emotional support
from friends, real life and online, as well as your MD, Ob/Gyn and their
support staff. We -- and they -- are here to help at all times of the day
and night.

(I will refrain from giving specific advice on pregnancy. Something tells me
that I'm not best qualified to comment...:D)
