And consider the parallels: at least at the beginning of LOTR, 
Aragorn shows up as a shabbily dressed, silent outsider whose dark-
side/light-side affiliation isn't initially clear and whose true name 
isn't revealed till later in the proceedings but who turns out to be 
an excellent judge of character and gentle guide and teacher. Sounds 
a lot, writ a bit larger, like our favorite werewolf (whom I believe 
Amy has publically confessed a preference for?? <g>)
