When we were children, one of my brothers was a King Arthur freak.
One book in his early Arthur collection was by Howard Pyle and aptly
titled "The Boy's King Arthur" (IIRC my brother bought his copy at a
garage sale). You might want to look around to see if the Pyle book
is still in print.
