It's similar to but quite different than HP.  Similar in that Will is 
11 when he first discovers his specialness, there's much the same 
good vs evil thread running through it as well, and there's also a 
group of children who band together.  It's different in that there's 
not the characterisation that JKR is famous for (well, in this 
household at least). We don't actually get to *know* the characters 
as well as we do Harry & Co.
