It's actually Malfoy Sr speaking to Crabbe Sr, so being loutishly
insensitve IS the goal. Otherwise I would have settled for 'he put
her in the family way'. I'm thinking that Crabbe Sr isn't smart
enough to figure out 'he put a bun in her oven'.
